- **Initial Consultation Discuss your child’s needs and goals. Duration: 30–60 minutes.
- **Assessment and Planning**: Create a personalized behavior support plan through assessments and parent interviews.

- **Direct ABA Sessions**: One-on-one therapy at to enhance development. Customized schedule (1–3 sessions per week- **Parent Training and Support**: Provide parents with strategies to support progress home and in the community. Offered weekly or monthly.

No, Calm Steps Consulting does not provide formal diagnoses. We offer behavioural support and parent coaching tailored to neurodivergent children and families, whether or not a diagnosis is in place.
What happens in a free consultation?
It’s a relaxed, 30-60 minute call to discuss your needs, ask questions, and explore how we might work together — no pressure, no obligation.
Do I need to live in London to work with you?
Not at all. We offer online sessions to families across the UK and Spain. You can book a free consultation to see if it’s a good fit.
